Muğla representative Fethiyespor will host Galatasaray on Tuesday, January 13 in the second week of Ziraat Turkish Cup Group A.
A portable tribune with the same capacity is being installed in place of the 3,000-seat tribune, which was demolished due to the negative earthquake analysis report in the district stadium.
Fethiye Youth and Sports Director and Fethiyespor Deputy President Harun Reşit Yiğit told the AA reporter that hosting Galatasaray is very important for the dark blue-white team.
Stating that they made the necessary preparations before the match, Yiğit said, “For the first time, we will host Galatasaray, one of the big 4, one of the most distinguished clubs of the country, in our district. We want as many people as possible to watch our Fethiyespor and Galatasaray.” he said.
Noting that the reinforced concrete tribune of the stadium, whose earthquake analysis reports were negative, was demolished, Yiğit said, “We had to add a portable tribune instead. The construction of the tribune for 3 thousand people continues. The tribune work will be completed around Monday and Tuesday.” gave the information.
Yiğit pointed out that the tickets for the match were sold only by the club and said, “We hear that there are ticket sales on social media and different channels. Our fans should not rely on ticket sales made from different points.” he warned.
Stating that the audience capacity will reach approximately 8 thousand people with the portable stands to be installed, Yiğit said, “Our goal here is of course to watch Galatasaray, but at the same time to contribute to the promotion of Galatasaray, a world brand, and our district.” he said.
