Frank van Etten’s ex-business partner (31) arrested for kidnapping, streak through catering business in Apeldoorn

The Apeldoorn folk singer Frank van Etten (39) has immediately stopped the collaboration with business partner Jeffry V. (31). V. is suspected of kidnapping two boys, according to an investigation by the Stentor. Van Etten is now not continuing his catering business in the center of Apeldoorn. He would open that club together with V. next month.
