Formula 1 | Super sports car sold: Hamilton makes millions in profit

Nobody knows exactly where ex-Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton is and what he’s been up to in the past three weeks. But it has now leaked that the Briton has just made a million profit by selling his super sports car.

A few days ago it was announced that Lewis Hamilton would like to part with one of his luxury cars. The Briton put his Pagani Zonda 760LH in the shop window and, according to a report by the Italian car magazine “quattroruote.it”, has meanwhile found a buyer.

It is not known who will be able to place the custom-made product in the vehicle fleet in the future. The magazine wants to know how much the buyer has put on the table for the 760 hp monster, which accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in less than three seconds and has a top speed of 350 km / h.

Accordingly, Hamilton sold his car for a whopping ten million euros (!). An extremely profitable business for the superstar who bought the luxury sled many years ago for “only” 1.4 million euros.

Hamilton also makes millions in real estate

The Pagani Zonda 760LH was custom-made for the Mercedes driver and included numerous specifications, including a specially made gearbox and a special paint job. Hamilton himself was often seen in the car on a jaunt through his adopted home Monaco. Overall, however, he is said to have covered less than 1000 kilometers with the bolide.

For the Formula 1 superstar, the sale of the super sports car was not the first profitable business in recent weeks. At the beginning of December, the Briton hit the headlines with a private business. It was then announced that Hamilton had sold one of his properties in New York.

At the proud price of 49.5 million US dollars, the property is said to have gone over the counter in the trendy district of Tribeca. The record world champion originally paid “only” 43.9 million US dollars for the penthouse.
