The workplace should be a safe place for everyone, but unfortunately that is not always the case. Abuses such as The voice of Holland also occur in ‘normal’ Dutch companies. Appointing confidential counselors can improve social safety at work. But what exactly can he or she do to make the workplace safer? We ask Gerda Arends, board member of the National Association of Confidential Counselors (LVV).
