In Omsk, a court sent a 32-year-old karateka with a speaking surname Zhivoder into custody for two months. The man is accused bullying and beating a 9-month-old baby. The child Zhivoder was left by his cohabitant for several days. As soon as the boy began to cry, the monster beat him, grabbed him by the legs and shook him upside down. The baby is now in critical condition in the hospital. And the karateka himself, having learned that he was being sent to a pre-trial detention center, burst into picturesque tears right in the courtroom.
Zhivoder, this is the name of a man, with tears in his eyes, asks to remove the press from the courtroom in Omsk. The man is hysterical, ignoring the numerous witnesses. But, according to investigators, it was this vulnerable nature that beat a 9-month-old child with a disability. So much so that the baby is now in intensive care in a serious condition.
Flayer at the trial reproached everyone present for cruelty. All because the investigation insisted on arrest. The man has no family, housing, registration, work – at large he can hide from justice. Pavel was fickle: he cried, undressed, tried to hide under a bench. And then, with a calm look, he told how he fought with a child.
Zhivoder with his common-law wife and her children moved from Nizhnevartovsk to Omsk recently. At the end of January, the woman went back to apply for benefits and left three children, the eldest only four years old, with a partner. Pavel explained to the investigators that he simply had no experience of communicating with babies, therefore, for educational purposes, he beat a 9-month-old disabled boy for a week, held his legs, turned him upside down and shook him violently.
“As a result of the operation, it was found that the child has a subdural hematoma, a closed craniocerebral injury, multiple bruises of the face and body,” Elena Kukovyakina, senior investigator of the investigative department for the Soviet District of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Omsk Region, informed.
It is noteworthy that Pavel Zhivoder has a black belt in karate. After another beating of a child athlete I saw that the baby had convulsions, and he himself called an ambulance.
In the apartment where the accused lived with children, there are flowers and even mirrors. And there was a note on the door that the guardianship authorities had already come here – they were looking for the mother of the children, but in vain.

Pavel Zhivoder was arrested for two months, for the duration of the investigation. The athlete can face up to seven years in prison. It is likely that during this time the realization will come of who exactly committed a serious sin.
