MHK President Sabri Celik:
“WE WILL MAKE SUPER LEAGUE ASSIGNMENTS HYBRID”
“We will make the Super League assignments hybrid. With a written and tested application, the assignments will come to us automatically with 40 separate inputs. The discretion of the MHK will be able to intervene in case of necessity.”
“Our foreign referee trainer was Hugh Dallas, Deputy Chairman of UEFA Referee Committee. He agreed with the TFF on this issue. We will benefit from the experience of Dallas, who has been working with the UEFA Referee Board for 12 years.”
“HISTORICAL APPLICATIONS”
“This season will be historical applications. We are willing to implement a referee exchange program. This will only cover elite and first category referees.”
“WE WILL ESTABLISH A SEPARATE STAFF”
“We will establish a separate VAR staff. We have completed the work we have done. The referees on the field will only concentrate on the field. They will not lose concentration with both the field and VAR. When necessary, VAR referees from other countries will be engaged.”
TWO OBSERVERS WILL WATCH THE MATCH”
“From this season onwards, two observers, one from the stadium and one from Riva, will watch the match. The grade point average of both observers will be the referee’s grade.”
