Jurassic World 3: A New Era will be in cinemas on June 9th, 2022. The first trailer already gives insights into the third and final part of the “Jurassic World” series.
The story takes place four years after the destruction of Isla Nublar. From now on dinosaurs live in different places in the world. Now it is shown how life between humans and dinosaurs takes place around the globe. However, this does not just lead to peaceful coexistence. Because some carnivorous dinosaurs also hunt humans, among other things.
“There are many crooks who target dinosaurs”
While some people are scared and terrified by this, others are committed to protecting the dinosaurs. For example, the raptor behaviorist Owen Grady (Chris Pratt). Because some dinosaurs are hunted by poachers. “There are a lot of crooks out there who want dinosaurs,” says director Colin Trevorrow. “That’s why he’s trying to help them.”
In order to protect the dinosaurs, Grady must embark on a journey around the planet. That’s why “Jurassic World” is no longer just playing in the USA for the first time. “The film takes place all over the world, in a wide variety of environments: in the wilderness, in urban areas, in the desert [und] in the snow,” says Trevorrow. New dinosaur species will also be shown in the course of this. It also features some familiar faces from the Jurassic Park series, such as paleontologist Alan Grant (Sam Neill) and paleobotanist Dr. Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern).
