Fenerbahçe’s goalkeeper İrfan Can Eğribayat made a statement after the match in which his team defeated Trabzonspor 3-1.
The 24-year-old net keeper said, “I made 2 mistakes that did not suit me. However, I was able to save the positions. We have 2 matches left. We will win 2 matches, I hope. The championship will come, it will not come. We will fight until the last moment.” said.
As for Eğribayat’s future in the team, the fans have loved me since I came here. I love them too. The club wants me to stay. I want to stay too. Negotiations are ongoing between the two clubs. Hopefully it will end well. It’s like we can say it’s over.”
