Experts: ‘Street harassment has been seen as normal flirting behavior for too long’

Two in three girls and women have been harassed on the street in 2020, Statistics Netherlands (CBS) reported on Wednesday. The women were whistled, yelled at and in some cases chased. Street harassment is an all-time thing, experts say. But how do you ensure a change in that behaviour?
