EssilorLuxottica and Grandvision sell Dutch and Belgian stores to the Optic Retail International Group.
The eyewear suppliers are separating from 142 Eyewish branches in the Netherlands and 35 GrandOptical branches in Belgium, the company announced on Thursday.
The agreement with Optic Retail International Group BENE, a company of the Austrian eyewear manufacturer MPG Austria, follows the obligationsagreed with the European Commission for the acquisition of Grandvision by EssilorLuxottica.
EssilorLuxottica and Grandvision only parted ways with a large number of them in mid-December Branches in Italy. The Vision Group secured the VistaSì retail chain with 99 branches in Italy and the 75 Italian Grandvision stores.
