The Munich rapper Edgar Wasser will release his new album WTF IRL at the end of February. He gives February 29, 2022 as the date on his Instagram account. Well, taken aback? That’s right, the next leap year won’t be until 2024. That’s why we can remain curious as to when Edgar will actually release his album. But there is already a foretaste of this, with the single “WTF” – watch the video here.
He released his previous album DELIRIUM in collaboration with his Munich rap colleague Fatoni in 2021. Since 2012, Wasser has already released four more albums and various singles. We think: Edgar Wasser is a master of provocation and knows exactly what he is doing when it comes to transporting an attitude with satire. In his lyrics, the rapper regularly practices social criticism, which is carried out with an ironic intensity that hardly leaves any taboos open.
