What is your model about?

We are a brand within the real estate sector, which, through a set of knowledge and experience, built a corporation that offers a way to transmit to those who wish to lead a company, a variety of tools and processes that will allow them to be effective and different in the real estate sales service. In turn, these leaders, in order to scale their business, must train other people who want to venture into it. For this we develop a robust and innovative business model that allows us to be highly effective in the commercial model.

What are the bases and pillars of your model?

Our business model is based on four pillars that support the entire structure of the company and they are technology, people, processes and culture.

Technology is our strategic ally, being efficient, shortening sales times and, in turn, incorporating the customer into our commercial process. This technology must be supported by a scheme of processes that we have developed at different levels of depth, where we define not only “ways of doing”, but also “ways of saying and expressing”, with high neuroscience content. Within this environment defined by technology and processes we have people, understood as “human beings” who manage emotions within the business world. Determining, as a company policy, a good work environment and generating spaces for integration and motivation, working intensely on training the specific skills required, to be able to face an entrepreneurial lifestyle that goes beyond the incorporation of “knowledge”. “how” of the business.

These three pillars define the fourth and most notable which is the Roilands Culture, that set of values, attitudes, norms, beliefs and behaviors that define us and identify us in the market, those ways of doing that, through performance, break with the way the marketing service is understood.
