Hulu, an online movie theater owned by The Walt Disney Company, has announced the revival of the animated series Futurama. informs Variete with reference to sources.
According to the publication, the online cinema ordered 20 episodes, their release is scheduled for 2023. The new episodes will be produced by original show creators David S. Cohen and Matt Groening.

The voice actors of the animated series will be the same actors: Billy West, Katey Sagal, Tress MacNeill, Maurice LaMarche, Lauren Tom, Phil LaMarr and David Hernan. However, John DiMaggio, who voiced Bender, has not yet been attached to the project.
Futurama premiered on November 14, 1999 on FOX. There have been seven seasons in total, with the last episode airing on Comedy Central on September 4, 2013.
