Dire conditions in Afghanistan: “We sell our organs and children in the hope of surviving”

In Afghanistan, the economic and humanitarian crisis is reaching its lowest point yet again. The inhabitants are now even starting to sell their own organs in order to survive with the money they have obtained. Some are even thinking of selling their children. “Maybe it’s better to sell them, so they get a better life and we have money to support the other children,” said an Afghan mother.
