After goals from Constantin Braun (46th) and Riley Sheen (52./56.) The Steelers led until shortly before the end of the game, before Pföderl (57.) gave the polar bear at least one point with his second hit. In the penalty shootout met again Stretch and Sheen to victory for Bietigheim.
Wolfsburg gives away a point against Munich
Three tours were not enough for Wolfsburg to play against the Red Bull Munich to decide for themselves after regular time. After a goalless extension, both teams went to the penalty shootout. Wolfsburg scored again there in person Garrett Festerling the first hit. This time Munich didn’t come back and had to be satisfied with simply winning points.
