Dave De Kock wants to be tried in the Netherlands and denies murder: “At most Dean not helped when he needed it”

Dave De Kock, the prime suspect in the Dean case, denies kidnapping, killing or murdering the four-year-old boy. According to the man, he can only be accused of negligence: not helping Dean when he needed help. De Kock informed the judge in Amsterdam, where his surrender to Belgium was requested yesterday. He himself wants to be tried at our northern neighbors, where the maximum sentences are lower.
