The Deontological Commission of the Flemish Parliament declares the complaint by Mieke Schauvliege (Green) against Filip Dewinter (Vlaams Belang) inadmissible “due to the lack of concrete facts and a file”. The complaint was about face masks that Dewinter allegedly obtained through an intermediary in 2020. Dewinter previously denied that he had done anything “wrong” and spoke of a “damage operation” against his person and his party.
