Half of the Flemish people postpone the purchase of a car. The main reason is because they do not know whether to opt for an electric car, a hybrid or one with a combustion engine. This was revealed on Sunday from the Mobility Barometer of mobility organization VAB, an online survey of 2,000 Flemish people.
