COLORS & SONS is on course for growth and has acquired a 3,409 square meter plot of land from the municipal economic development agency in Mönchengladbach (WFMG). New jobs and a modern and sustainable working atmosphere are to be created.

“As an internationally active and dynamic lifestyle label, we invest in the future! Modern and flexible workplaces, various modern room concepts including a roof terrace, a company gym and a café are being built on an area of approx. 1,000 m2. With the new building we are securing our expansion course and want to create a modern and contemporary working atmosphere for our team. We hope that this will enable us to attract high potentials from all over the world for our company and Mönchengladbach,” says Guido Schmitz, Managing Partner.

The modern office building with a showroom is being built in accordance with the KfW efficiency house standard 55 and was designed in cooperation with the architects di Lorenzo. A total of more than three million euros will be invested, a large part of which will flow into sustainable elements such as green roofs and photovoltaics, energy-efficient lighting, infrastructure for e-mobility and the planting of a flower meadow to promote biodiversity. This sustainable construction deliberately reduces the resulting negative effects and thus protects the ecosystem. COLORS & SONS thus goes beyond the minimum requirements of the development plan and continues the company’s currently stringent line in pursuit of high sustainability standards with this building.
