The KNMI warning applies to all provinces except Limburg, North Brabant, Zeeland and the Wadden Islands. In most areas, the possible slipperiness will disappear over the course of the morning. In the northeast it can be slippery until the afternoon.
Because of the warning, the KNMI advises that people adjust their driving behavior and follow weather reports and warnings.
