The fashion collections dedicated to the Chinese New Year 2022

The proposals of the brands are varied and personal. MARNI celebrates the year of the tiger with a capsule collection then collaboration with Magdalena Suarez Frimkess. The illustrations by the Venezuelan artist become prints that animate accessories and garments, depicting the animal in a naive version. Heritage and urban modernity come together in Valentino’s Chinese New Year 2022 collection, which features an animalier motif on wardrobe items and a new neon version of the Roman Stud bag. Fun and playful, the limited edition of Etro created in collaboration with Universal Brand Development and DreamWorks Animation sees how protagonists the characters from the animated film Kung Fu Panda. Already present in the past collections of Alessandro Michele, the tiger is also the protagonist of the campaign Gucci Tiger. Through a new 60s-inspired print with a floral background, in a connection between past and future.

Speaking of the future and hope for 2022, Prada he decided to dedicate his campaign Action in the Year of the Tiger at the protection of the endangered Amur tiger.
