Donald Trump himself was summoned last month by prosecutor Letitia James. She has been investigating Trump’s business interests for two years. Trump said the investigation was politically motivated. He demands that a court stop the investigation.
The Trump Organization and Trump’s children are also opposing the subpoena, according to court documents in Manhattan. Trump junior leads The Trump Organization with his brother Eric.
