Cheesy and succulent ham-cheddar muffins

It is easy to make salty muffins in larger quantities at once. They are a great option to offer a coffee table for spring parties, for example.

The filling of the juicy muffins includes high-quality ham and good cheddar cheese. And, of course, spring onions, which can already be found in stores.

Cheese ham-cheddar muffins

(2 tins)

1 tbsp sour cream

1 dl french cream

3 eggs

200 g of ham (eg smoked)

1 small pepper

2 stems spring onions

Grated 150 g of cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons basil

1 tablespoon tomato puree

0.5 teaspoons of salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

5 dl wheat flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

150 grams of melted butter or margarine

1. Break the structure of the eggs and add to the cream file.

2. Chop the ham, spring onions and paprika into small pieces and add both to the sour cream mixture.

3. Add grated cheese and spices to the dough and mix.

4. In another bowl, combine the wheat flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly. Add the flour mixture and melted fat to the dough and mix lightly until smooth.

5. Fill the muffin tins with the dough almost to the surface. Bake the muffins at 200 degrees in the middle of the oven for about 20-25 minutes. The baking time varies depending on the size of the muffin tins.
