Changes in the procedure for issuing certificates for antibody levels must be accepted before February 1. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Tatyana Golikova. She stressed that active work is now underway to test the readiness of information systems to issue documents to those who have not consulted a doctor, have had an illness without symptoms, but have antibodies according to the test.

The relevant orders of the Ministry of Health and Rospotrebnadzor must be adopted before February 1, 2022, Golikova stressed at a briefing at the press center of the Russian government.

Those who had a positive PCR test for coronavirus, but did not go to the doctor, according to the analysis of the Rospotrebnadzor database, there are about 300 thousand people. All of them did a later analysis for antibodies, which confirmed that they had immunity. This shows that these people have been ill with coronavirus and will now be able to apply for the issuance of covid certificates for a year.

For six months, a foreigner or a Russian will be able to get a covid certificate for an antibody test if there is a positive antibody test, who has been ill abroad or vaccinated with a foreign vaccine. Such conditions will apply due to the fact that since Russia does not have mutual recognition of vaccination certificates with other countries.

For six months, those who have not had a positive PCR test, but they have antibodies, will also be able to receive a certificate.
