The expert report from which this should be apparent has not yet received their lawyer Laas van Eijck van Heslinga. “This way it cannot be determined whether the college has objectively inspected its own meat,” the residents say.
Too narrow
The municipality of Castricum received the request from residents at the beginning of January to improve the living conditions at 26 points. According to an architectural adviser, hired by residents, D areE units in the old showroom for tractors too narrow and lacks air ventilation and daylight.
There are also too few (sanitary) facilities, the roof is leaking and the shower and waste water is discharged into the adjacent ditch. In addition, the building cannot be closed properly, so that unwanted visitors can easily enter.
Although the municipality always stated that all permits were in order, it appears not entirely the case now. “After extensive research and multiple controls on the spot,” the municipality acknowledges in a response that the units are indeed not ventilated. The reason for this would be that “this would also provide extra sound in addition to air change.
‘The municipality knew that application did not meet’
“Last year the municipality wrote in its permit that the containers were provided with mechanical air ventilation. So the college knew that that application did not suffice and approved it,” the residents say through their spokesperson.
