The driver of a car was seriously injured on Saturday night in a collision with a tree on the Dorstseweg in Bavel. No other vehicle was involved in the collision.
The accident happened around midnight. Many emergency services responded to the report of the collision.
An air ambulance also landed in a nearby lawn to provide medical assistance. The Dorstseweg was completely closed so that the emergency services could work safely.
The police have investigated the circumstances of the accident. The cause of the accident is still unknown.
