Café closed at the weekend on mayor’s orders: “Penalty not in proportion”
The owner did this deliberately. That’s what he says on Facebook:
“So yes, we didn’t respect that ridiculous closing time. Out of protest. Out of necessity. And out of bringing some rock ‘n roll back to life. Because that is sometimes far away in this society. And yet oh so important. Live and let live! Vaccinated or not.”
He does not mention the punishment in proportion to the violation.
“Okay, we have committed a violation, but the punishment is completely disproportionate. Just before the realm of freedom is in sight for the umpteenth time, I will probably have to answer for myself in court. Because I have done my job .”
