BVB goal Enzo Le Fée decides against the Bundesliga

Also in the focus of SGE & Bayer

Lorient’s courted attacking force Enzo Le Fée has made a decision about his future. As the French newspaper “Le Parisienreported, the 23-year-old wants to stay in Ligue 1 and has agreed a move with FC Stade Rennes. In addition to Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen and Eintracht Frankfurt are said to have been interested in transferring the right foot.

The market value winner from March (from 10 million to 15 million euros) was last seen by the Westphalians alongside Edson Álvarez from Ajax Amsterdam as a potential reinforcement for the midfield. Le Fée’s contract in Lorient runs until 2024, and last season the homegrown player contributed ten goals in 35 Ligue 1 games. The player has already reached an agreement with the fourth-placed team from Rennes, who will play in the Europa League next season, only the two clubs still have to come to a common denominator in terms of transfer fee, it is said.

According to reports, Lorient demands a sum of around 25 million euros for the player. This would make Le Fée the previous record departure of the Bretons. In the transfer history of Stade Rennes, only two players have been more expensive to date.
