The Milan court has postponed any definitive evaluation until the conclusion of the divorce case, expected in the next few months
The legal battle between Wanda Nara And Mauro Icardi has been going on for months now and in the last few hours the Court of Milan has made a firm point in favor of the Galatasaray striker: the footballer, in this transition period between separation and actual divorce, will not have to pay to his future ex-wife the temporary maintenance allowance of 250 thousand euros per month asked by the 39-year-old.

This was established by the Court of Milan, where the divorce case between the footballer and the presenter is taking place. The request made by Wanda towards Mauro of 250 thousand euros per month for the maintenance of his two daughters was rejected because, according to judge Anna Cattaneo, Nara’s financial and income situation is “very prosperous” and therefore the conditions for recognize a temporary financial contribution paid by Icardi.
According to what the judge wrote in the provision, as reported by theAdnkronosWanda is “young, professionally qualified and fully capable of producing income independently”. The request was made by the former sports agent, convinced that that monthly sum was necessary to preserve the standard of living of Isabella and Francesca maintained during the marriage between Wanda and Mauro.
What prevailed in this phase, however, was the defensive line presented by Mauro Icardi’s lawyers, the lawyers Valeria De Vellis and Raffaele Rigitano, but this is not a definite victory. The Milan court has postponed any definitive evaluation until the conclusion of the divorce case, expected in the next few months on a date yet to be defined.
