Buma/Stemra wants to improve the position of women in the music industry through action

Copyright organization Buma/Stemra wants to improve the position of women in the Dutch music industry. The organization represents more than 30,000 writers, composers and publishers of music, but only 14 percent of them are women. To do something about this, Buma/Stemra has launched the Rise Up programme.
