Britons find large and almost complete ‘sea dragon’ of 180 million years old: “One of the best fossil finds in the UK ever”

A large prehistoric ‘sea dragon’ recovered from the English Midlands has been described as one of the finest fossil finds in the history of British palaeontology. It’s about an ‘ichthyosaur’, which were huge marine reptiles that lived in our waters millions of years ago. The found specimen is no less than 180 million years old.
