This time, the reason for the scandal was an e-mail message from his assistant, who called about a hundred employees of the government apparatus to a party. And not that they misused budget money – they treated themselves to chips and sausages in the dough, they even brought alcohol with them, but the meeting of officials in itself happened when the regime of the strictest lockdown was in effect in England, which Johnson himself established. The Prime Minister today repented that he was there too, but thought it was a working meeting.
