The Italian bag label Borbonese opens several pop-ups in the department stores of the KaDeWe Group.

The design of the temporary areas in the Oberpollinger, KaDeWe and Alsterhaus stores is based on a subway ride, Borbonese announced on Monday. The surfaces are site-specific installations that rely on beige brass tubes, black wood and polycarbonate seats with a glossy finish.

“This is an important step for us – and it will be the first of many more in our second largest market,” said Alessandro Pescara, CEO of Borbonese. “Borbonese is looking forward to the development of the German market.”

The pop-ups offer a selection of bags from March 21st to May 1st.
