A black man was killed on Wednesday in the American city of Minneapolis, in the state of Minnesota, after a police intervention. Bodycam footage released by authorities shows the victim, 22-year-old Amir Locke, being shot to death as a Minneapolis Police Department SWAT team storms his apartment. There was already a lot of commotion in the city in 2020 when George Floyd was killed by a cop.
