The Hamburg jewelry dealer Bijou Brigitte can look forward to financial support.
The requested state bridging aid in the amount of around 20.4 million euros was approved in full, announced Bijou Brigitte modische Accessoires AG on Tuesday.
The company had previously recovered slightly in the third quarter after corona restrictions were relaxed and consumer sentiment improved. With growth between July and September, revenues in the first nine months of the current financial year reached 144.5 million euros.
The jewelry company has reduced the number of its branches from more than 1,000 to 933 since the beginning of the pandemic.
