Biden saw a threat in “little men in green uniforms”

US President Joe Biden during a press conference, timed to coincide with the first anniversary of his inauguration, talked a lot about the challenges that, in his opinion, may come from Russia and to which the United States must be ready to respond.

“That includes little people in green uniforms as well as cyberattacks,” Biden said.

Russia has a long history of using “other aggressive measures that do not include military ones,” he said. Among them, the head of the American state named paramilitary tactics, as well as attacks from “gray zones”, when Russian soldiers do not wear uniforms.

“If the military crosses the border of Ukraine, this is an invasion, it will meet with a serious economic response,” Biden said. He added that he made it clear to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, writes RIA News.

The US President also said that a “minor invasion” of Russia into Ukraine would entail a restrained reaction from Washington, and a full-scale one would bring catastrophe to Moscow.

This statement did not like Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky. He recalled that there are no small aggressions, small peoples, unimportant victims and insignificant grief from losses. Zelensky called himself the president of a great power.
