Beauty resolutions 2022: how to start the new year well

C.he the 2022 is full of hope: we have expected the dawn of this new year and today we cannot help but draw up the list of “Beauty resolutions 2022” to start it – in all respects – in beauty. No more excuses then: it’s time to planning new habits and skincare routines, really think for the needs of your skin and for a more domestic life, at least for the moment. Five resolutions to keep in mind and apply immediately.

1) Beauty 2022 good intentions: taking care of the skin also in smartworking

It’s time to start – seriously – taking care of your skin (too) during it smartworking. The working condition more and more often housewife has completely changed the way we treat and protect the skin in front of the computer, consequently too skincare.

Even at home the epidermis needs specific care to stay healthy, bright and rosy. The smartworking skincare it is made up of small daily gestures: al morning a mild facial cleanser, an anti-blue light cream and at least one serum retinol – to counteract skin aging – caused by the light emanating from our devices.

At the evening instead mandatory cleanse your face carefully even if you have no makeup on: in this case it is possible to use a cleanser, and then continue with the usual skincare routine.

2) Apply anti-aging every day

Each skin is different, ages uniquely and needs to specific products to counteract natural skin aging. The skincare routine plays a fundamental role and must necessarily include products that are not all slow down the aging process of the skin but also nourish it deep every day.

It is also important adapt the routine to different ages. If at 30 it is enough to supplement with a retinol or collagen serum, not valid at 40 or 50 years, when the skin needs a more articulated anti-aging routine, with at least exfoliation, masks and night products between the fixed steps.

3) Combat water retention

One of the worst problems encountered in recent months was theincreased water retention. The accumulation of fluids and toxins facilitates the formation of the adipose layer and consequently the increase in swelling in the lower part of the body. Among the beauty resolutions of 2022 is to do something to feel lighter and more responsive.

As? Doing little exercises: stretch your legs between calls, do not cross them while sitting at the desk and keep them in the drain as much as possible, placing a pillow under your feet when lying on the sofa. And then, promise to really do that half hour of physical activity a day, off the PC …

4) Throw away the old make-up

Last but not least, among the good intentions of the 2022 there is space for oneself: the past months of the pandemic have put the mental healthcare. L’impact of quarantines and social distancing have had repercussions on over 60% of the population, bringing out depression, stress, insecurity and inner malaise.

The team of psychologists of the National Center for Biotechnology Information claimed that in order to overcome the trauma of the various lockdowns it may take from a few months up to a maximum of three years.

Midfulness, meditation, hot baths, fragrances, meanwhile, help: the house can also discover a new alcove of well-being, with small gestures.
