After the death of people as a result of an attack by stray dogs, the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin instructed to prepare proposals for amending the legislation to exclude such facts.
As reported on the website of the department, the order was given after the death of a child from stray dog attacks.
