Bastrykin instructed to prepare amendments to the law on animals

After the death of people as a result of an attack by stray dogs, the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin instructed to prepare proposals for amending the legislation to exclude such facts.

As reported on the website of the department, the order was given after the death of a child from stray dog ​​attacks.

-On January 22, in the village of Domna, Chita region, the body of a 7-year-old girl was found with traces of animal attacks.

Earlier in the city of Slavsk in the Kaliningrad region, a stray dog stuck in the face 10 year old schoolgirl.
