Balance after almost two years of telecommuting: hybrid working works, but connectivity continues to take a hit

Where we waited in April 2020 for it to all be over, we learned to work in a different way in the course of the pandemic. Looking back on almost two years of teleworking, adapting and keeping distance in the workplace: what has changed, how have we changed? Professors of organizational psychology Kathleen Vangronsvelt and Ans De Vos of the Antwerp Management School questioned almost 2,300 working Flemish people and more than 300 employers. Four conclusions, one constant: the greatest uncertainty has disappeared, which also gives us a little more peace during (home) work.
