Attention to mental well-being in cancer patients
With the support of ‘Kom op tegen Kanker’, the Fika House is the first organization to guide people recovering from cancer. Thousands of patients still fall into a black hole after their treatment. Today they support the cancer patients of the AZ Sint-Janziekenhuis in Bruges. With a listening ear and a cup of coffee, volunteers chat about the recovery process.
