American agent cannot unsubscribe after traffic violation: “There was no one behind the wheel”

A cop in the American town of San Bruno looked up strangely last week when he wanted to finish a motorist. What turned out? The traffic violation was made by a self -driving car, so there was no driver to whom he could give the fine. “In our system we cannot check that it is a robot.”
