The first real festival summer after two corona years will not only be a busy one, it will also start extra early with the brand new CORE Festival in Brussels. This two-day event (27 and 28 May) was born out of a romance between Rock Werchter and Tomorrowland, say ‘the big two’ within our Flemish festival landscape. You can take that ‘love story’ literally, because behind the scenes – and far away from the spotlights – something beautiful has been blooming for years between the daughter of Herman Schueremans (Rock Werchter) and one of the TML organizers.
