Princess Madeleine, Chris O’Neill and the children will not move to Sweden in August, as was planned.

According to Expressen the move will be postponed to next year. This is also confirmed by the court spokesman Margareta Thorgren.

The reason is not Chris’s immigration red tape or the sale of the apartment in Florida.

– Nothing like this is the reason, there is simply too little time, Thorgren tells Expressen.

Thorgren does not elaborate on the reason for the delay in the move.

Moving on means that the princess Leonorea prince Nicholas and the princess Adrienne will go to school and preschool in the USA in the fall.

Even though the move went wrong, the family spends the summer in Sweden.

The future Stockholm home is in Östermalm’s Hovstallet, i.e. at the royal court stables.

There are a total of ten buildings in the area, two of which are horse stables. Other buildings have, among other things, residential apartments.

The princess family moves into the same apartment where Madeleine has lived before. The family has stayed at their Hovstallet base every time they visit Stockholm.

The family is still living in Florida for the time being, and they have put their beautiful house up for sale.

The 600-square-meter villa has eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, a spacious walk-in closet, a terrace suitable for organizing parties, and a swimming pool – among other things. The house is surrounded by a huge garden
