More about your music
ME author Lili Lucaßen once wrote in a feature about the artist that the 27-year-old has been making music for many years and has had similarities to choral singing: “Published since 2017 [Ethel Cain] Music on various streaming platforms under a variety of names. The artist developed her own Ethhereal-Wave style over the years, inspired by Christian church music and Gregorian singing. “
Ethel Cain sings what is a reality of many people instead of the Tellerwäscher-Millionär-Millionär-Millionaire: “Your texts-often dark and urgently-deal with topics of Southern Gothic: poverty, drug abuse, domestic violence, death, religion and trauma.
