Billy Corgan has announced opera concerts for “Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness” for November 2025-in line with the 30th anniversary of the Smashing Pumpkins album.
The record appeared specifically on October 23, 1995. To celebrate the whole thing, Corgan and the Lyric Opera of Chicago shows in the singer’s hometown, songwriter and guitarist – in the style of how the front man had wanted for a long time.
