Rodrigo BorgiaHow were the beginnings of your entrepreneurship?

I always wanted to have an independent career to give leaders the support that I would have liked to receive. My experience leading teams in large companies and working with leaders from different countries showed me that the lack of motivation and commitment is a global problem. I also learned that improving our environment begins with ourselves.

Upon discovering gamification, I understood that learning can be more entertaining and practical. I deepened the subject, I wrote, gave talks and introduced myself in congresses, seeking to position myself as a reference in Latin America. The LEGO® TERASUS® methodology helped me enhance my capacity as a facilitator and to get the best out of people and teams in training, negotiation and soft skills training.

Since 2016, I have worked with companies, universities and educational centers such as Ucema, University of Palermo, 21st century and Belgrano, among others. In addition, I developed the digital solution to motivate us, which centralizes tools to motivate and improve equipment productivity. Today I combine teaching, gamification and training to support leaders through training, programs, workshops and technology, always with the purpose of increasingly professionalizing our way of working.

Training in negotiation, leadership and soft skills (effective communication, time management, persuasion, teamwork).

How do you project your brand for the medium term?

Project a strong growth of my activities in Argentina, especially in Nordelta, North Zone of Buenos Aires and Federal Capital. Companies are adopting more professional training and measuring their results better. This year I hope to consolidate Gamifica as a brand and also to my name (Rodrigo Borgia), as a reference in negotiation, leadership and face -to -face workshops with Lego®.

What are your differentials in the field?

Since 2015, I positioned myself as a reference in gamification when it was still an unknown concept. I offer training in negotiation, leadership and teambuilding, based on my experience leading great teams. Since 2016, I facilitate workshops with Lego® Serveus Play® for groups of 5 to 500 people, working with SMEs, entrepreneurs and large corporations. With more than 15 years leading local, regional and global operations, I enjoy transmitting that knowledge in each activity.

If you started again, what would you do differently?

I would trust the value of my experience leading diverse teams and facing great challenges. I would have begun to share my knowledge in negotiation and leadership much earlier, designing practical and innovative programs such as those that include LEGO® Serious Play®. It would also have prioritized to generate strategic relationships from the beginning, connecting with leaders and companies interested in high -impact experiences. Today I know that having started clearly in my purpose would have accelerated my growth and impacted more people from the beginning.
