Within walking distance of the sea, close to the provincial domain in Raversijde, Ostend, a new building of four floors high must come. There will be 70 holiday apartments and studios in the building. There will also be an underground parking with 60 parking spaces.
According to local resident Anjes De Mey, such a project does not belong in this neighborhood. “We fear traffic nuisance and parking problems. Now we hardly find parking in the summer.”
