The police recently received information that former members of the banned motorcycle club hold club nights in ‘t Uilennest at fixed times, despite the fact that this is prohibited. The police then started an investigation.

Members of the arrest team removed all alleged Satudarah members from the café on Friday evening. A significant amount of cash was seized during the raid. The arrested men had to spend the night in jail. All suspects are charged with continuing to operate a banned organization. After interrogation they are released.

‘Nothing to do with it at all’
Other guests of the café, who could not be determined to have had anything to do with the banned club night, were also temporarily led outside.

According to the owner of the business, the group that was arrested often came there, but she had no idea that anything was going on. She emphasizes in it BD that she and her partner as operators ‘have nothing to do with this at all’.

Violence, drug trafficking and intimidation
Motor club Satudarah was banned by the judge in 2018 due to involvement in criminal activities such as violence, drug trafficking and intimidation. According to the judge, these types of clubs posed a threat to public order and safety.

Some of the arrested suspects have previously been interrogated in connection with prohibited expressions of their membership in the motorcycle club during and after a football match in Tilburg in May 2024. Several men had exposed their upper bodies and posed for a photo with the RMS flag. The name and club logo of the banned motorcycle club were clearly visible on the backs of these men.
