The verdict is clear: GZUZ must be imprisoned for eight months and pay a fine of 414,000 euros. The rapper was prosecuted last Friday in the lengthy court case, among other things, for assault and possession of drugs and weapons. Now the 187 street gang member commented on the court decision in an Insta story.
Rapper Jaill and GZUZ are seen sitting in a bar. Jaill smokes a shisha while recording an Instagram story of him and GZUZ. The rapper leans forward a little and says loudly: “Hey, eight months and 400 mille. That’s at least a little less Digga. Hahahaha!”
No trace of insight and remorse?
Originally, a prison sentence of one and a half years and a fine of 510,000 euros were issued against the rapper in September 2020. GZUZ and his lawyer Ulf Dreckmann then appealed. Now the Hamburg District Court found the rapper guilty of bodily harm and violating the Explosives and Weapons Act. The court gave particular weight to the offense of bodily harm. GZUZ is said to have hit a woman in the face on March 8, 2020 on Hamburg’s Reeperbahn after she asked for a selfie together.
