The clothing group Goldner Fashion Group recently took over the brands Madeleine and Alba Moda, and the company, based in Münchberg, Upper Franconia, also wants to continue to grow.
Goldner announced on Thursday that 2024 will be a year of growth for the group, which, in addition to Madeleine and Alba Moda, also includes the core brand Goldner and the logistics service provider Sulky. The current team of 600 employees is also to be expanded.
“The year 2024 marks an important milestone for the Goldner Fashion Group. The expansion of our portfolio to include the brands Alba Moda and Madeleine enables us to broaden our offering in the area of high-quality women’s fashion and to serve the needs of our customers even better,” said Goldner CEO Marcus Anton. “The standardization and optimization of processes and usage of synergies through our digital platform are essential building blocks for our future success.”
The group’s three brands should operate independently. The Madeleine brand, which Goldner took over from the Munich-based clothing group TriStyle Group at the beginning of January, will in the future concentrate more on the “original brand core” and stand for “high quality and sophisticated, timeless fashion,” according to the statement. A first capsule collection under the new group is already in the works and will be sold online and via catalog from April. At Alba Moda, a former brand of the Klingel Group retail group, Goldner is currently preparing a new online shop that is scheduled to go online at the beginning of March.
With the portfolio expansion and planned growth, the Goldner Fashion Group is also looking for new employees. The aim is to fill positions in particular in the areas of purchasing and scheduling, marketing, content and brand, analytics, finance and IT.
